Sun Style Sundays (Formerly Tai Chi Tuesday)
2nd and 4th Sundays 2:00 PM
Join us the Second and Fourth Sunday each month at 2:00 pm for Sun Style Tai Chi. This is an hour and a half+ long class, held the 2nd and 4th Sunday, learning and practicing the Sun Short Form. T'ai Chi is an ancient martial art best known for its slow and meditative movement. This is wonderful exercise for those with arthritis or other conditions that make strenous or vigorous exercise difficult and recommended by the Arthritis Foundation. Did you know that one hour of T'ai Chi can burn up to 240 calories? $15 per class for drop ins or $25 per month for both sessions, learn this beautiful exercise in a warm, fun and friendly atmosphere.
Yoga
Every Wednesday 6:00 PM
Traci and her guest teachers, formerly of The Elements Center for Yoga and Massage Therapy, are now presenting Yoga every Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM. These are all level classes and all are welcomed, from beginner to advanced students in a quite and meditative environment. Excelle. Cost of the classes are $10 per session.
